Overview
LingoFlow (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) provides voice transcription and translation. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app.
Information we process
- Account information: If you create an optional website account, we process your email address, securely hashed authentication credentials, and account identifier through Supabase. If you link the app to that account, we also process a randomly generated installation identifier and device authentication token to synchronize purchased time.
- Payment information: When website payment is available and you make a purchase, we process the order amount, product, payment status, provider transaction identifier, and purchase time. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider, such as WeChat Pay, and are not stored by LingoFlow.
- Audio and text: When you start a translation, your recorded audio and resulting transcript are processed to provide transcription, translation, and spoken playback.
- Technical information: Our hosting providers may process standard network information such as IP address, request time, device type, and diagnostic logs for security and reliability.
- Support messages: If you contact us, we process the information you include so we can respond.
How processing works
Audio and text are securely transmitted to our server and to our AI service providers, including OpenRouter and the model provider selected through OpenRouter, solely to perform the requested transcription and translation. Their processing is also governed by their applicable privacy and data policies.
Storage and retention
A website account is optional. Account and authentication data are stored by Supabase so we can provide login and, when available, synchronize purchases and translation time. Conversation history is kept on your device for your use and can be cleared in the app. Audio and conversation content are not intentionally stored in our application database. Limited server or provider logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and legal compliance according to the relevant provider’s retention practices.
How we use information
We use information only to provide translations, operate and protect the service, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information or use your conversations for advertising.
Your choices
You can stop recording at any time, clear conversation history inside the app, or remove the app and its locally stored data. Before recording another person, please inform them and obtain any consent required where you are located.
Children
LingoFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.

处理方式
音频和文字会通过加密连接发送到我们的服务器，以及包括 OpenRouter 和其所选择模型提供商在内的 AI 服务商，仅用于完成你请求的转录和翻译。相关服务商亦按照其适用的隐私及数据政策处理信息。
存储与保留
官网账户为可选功能。账户和身份验证数据由 Supabase 保存，用于登录以及未来同步购买记录与翻译时长。对话记录保存在你的设备上，可随时在应用内清除。我们的应用数据库不会主动保存音频或对话内容。为保障安全、防止滥用、确保服务稳定或满足法律要求，服务器或服务商可能根据其保留规则保存有限日志。
信息用途
我们仅将信息用于提供翻译、运行和保护服务、排查故障、回复支持请求以及遵守法律。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将对话内容用于广告。
你的选择
你可以随时停止录音、在应用内清除对话记录，或删除应用及其本地数据。在录制他人语音前，请告知对方，并取得所在地法律要求的同意。
儿童隐私
LingoFlow 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。
政策变更
我们可能随服务变化更新本政策，当前版本及生效日期将始终显示在本页面。
